How good is the 35mm f1.8 bokeh?

I was reading the review made from mirrorless comparison website, they said the bokeh of the 35mm f1.8 is somehow nervous.

But as i never take only one source as the ultimate truth I was wondering if indeed the bokeh at f1.8 is  nervous or pleasant?

I really like it for portraits and group portraits and that's why I bought the 35 1.8 anyway. No complaints whatsoever. Very sharp and I like the bokeh.

I thought about the nervous question., I noticed a little nervous in bokeh with 35 1.8 S on Nikon Z6 at f1.8

Was this shot through a fence by any chance? Whats that darker diagonal band?

Sold my Sigma Art 35 mm when I got the Z 35 mm f1.8. No regrets whatsoever. Here are a few samples from a roadtrip last year

I love the mood of your photos, Rolf. The last Swedish band I saw was Dirty Loops some years back in Singapore.

The 50 mm i outstanding and slightly better than the 35 mm but you can't go wrong with either. Your preference of focal length should decide...
