EOS 750D Dummy Battery issues (or low battery indicator)

Hey all

I have the Canon 750D, I'm shooting long videos and needed a Dummy battery for it, so I got this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07C1GQR65/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It works BUT

The low battery indicator is always flashing (which shows up on the video)

Anyone know how to stop it showing?

I'm thinking either there's a setting to stop it flashing on the camera OR there's an issue with the power I'm putting into the dummy battery

Love any help as driving me buts

Are you using a USB adapter/battery that has enough power?

It says:

"USB Power Input: 5V, 2A-4A (at Least 2A Current,Up to 4A if needed)"

Usually USB 2 sockets are limted to 0.5A and USB 3 are 0.9A so you probably wouldn't get enough power if you are using your laptop or PC sockets.

Hmm ok - thanks.
Any suggestions what I should do?
If there any way to turn OFF the battery low indicator?

Or is there a different Dummy Battery I should use that you guys use that doesn't have this issue?

You cannot turn off the low battery indicator, it is there as a warning.

You ideal way is to use a mains powered dummy battery.

If you need to be mobile then use a rechargeable power bank with a USB output socket, although you do need to make sure that it has a high current output as some power banks are quite low current.
