There are distinct disadvantages to shooting those aspects on a 3:2 ratio sensor, but still 4:3 should be available, especially as it is on GFX.

Fujifilm offers the 4:3 choice on every recent camera they've made with Bayer sensor.

They have never offered it on any camera with X-Trans sensor.

Coincidence?

The pixel crop must be divisible by 6 to fit the X-Trans color pattern. Seems do-able.

Is This a Joke?

The entire tone of the petition is arrogant, condescending, and disrespectful.  Especially with a Japanese company, this type of demeanor will get you nowhere.  Regardless of the merits of your proposal, I would be ashamed to tie my name to a letter like this.
