Wonderful. Like that kit with the stylish hood

One question: How is the focus speed of the 35/1.4 on the XE3 compared with the fujicrons? I have some GAS regarding that lens hehe

So far I’ve had absolutely no problems with focus speed with the 1.4 but then again I’m not shooting fast paced kids or animals. I have the 35 F2 also and the af speed are about the same in the context of what I shoot. And that cool hood comes with the lens and it’s metal.

X-E3 35 1.4.

After all is said and done and your photo is hanging on the wall, no one is going to know or care what camera, lens, or what post processing you used. All they care about is if the image moves them.
I’m not hung up on the Bokeh fad because I’m too busy chasing shadows.

I have been carrying around this 200mm a lot lately.

It's a Vivitar 200mm f3.5 om mount and the adapter is just a cheap EF focal reducer I've been using for the past 5 years with pleasing results. It fits nicely in my back pocket also. (I'm a fan of 3rd party glass like Sears, jcP,ect)

Shameless plug...

If you are on Facebook, please check out this site where Fuji owners are sharing pictures of the have customized/accessorized their Fuji gear. If you decide to join, please post images of your gear. It a friendly and growing community where Fuji users exchange ideas of what they have done to their kits.

Would love to see some of these pics there.
