Fuji Gear, What to keep and what to sell

Hey guys,
So, I have been shooting with Fuji for just over a year. I started with an X-T10 and moved my way up to an XT-2. I picked up an 18mm f2, and a 35mm f2 to start. Also, use a few vintage lenses for the higher mm.
Now, my wife wants to learn photography to take pictures of our 3yr old, or when we all go out she can also take some pics so that I'm also in the "family pictures". So I figured I can pick up a second body and use my existing lenses. I got for her an X-E3 with the 23mm F2 Lens, (mostly because I wanted to try the 23mm F2 also and decide to keep that or the 35mm f2). She tried it a few times with the 23mm F2 and also the 18mm F2 and asked how to "Zoom". Explained to her to zoom with her feet, she took it well and enjoyed taking some pictures on one outing. I asked her if she wanted me to put a longer lens on it such as a 35mm f2 for a more closer up picture. But she said no its fine. Got me thinking, maybe I can just pick up an x100 series and forget about changing lenses and it will make it a smaller package (plus I always wanted to see what the hype about x100 series was all about)
I did buy an X100T today and compared it to the x-e3 with 18mm or 23mm f2 with the hood on both and they are almost the same size, in fact, the xe-3 body looks smaller than the x100t.
I played around with the x100T and overall I really liked it. So I'm thinking that maybe I can sell all 2 of my primes 23mm and the 35mm and also sell the x-e3 and pick up an 18-55 kit lens to use with my xt2 and let my wife use the x100t. We can take the small camera out when we go to the park etc.. and on Vacation or big events, I can carry my kit with xt2 and 2 zooms, plus 1 or 2 1.8 vintage primes for low light stuff.
Many times I have noticed that with primes switching is a pain/inconvenient hence the 18-55 kit. But zooms are bigger and bulkier to carry everywhere. The main reason I switch from my Canon 7d and L Zooms. OH, too many decisions don't know what to do?
I have to make a decision soon, bought much gear recently.
Tnx, and sorry for the long post.....
