I am looking at the good ole s5 pro with an s3 pro as a back up/Extra

I am looking at getting a couple of Nikon mounted bodies because of the lens selection from sigma for them.  I had a few sigma lenses in the past and actually loved them.

Can I get decent wildlife/street/landscape photos with them?  I won't be shooting sports, or racing etc.  Just mainly steady or slow moving objects.

For wildlife photography,  can I use say the sigma 500mm long lenses and stack on a teleconverter on this body with decent results in good lighting?

I used to use a Fuji S5 Pro for weddings years ago. I wouldn't buy one now though. I would be concerned about its longevity. Cameras are designed to wear out and they are getting pretty old. I was never that impressed with the auto-focus but it did OK in good light.

Jpegs were OK no real support from the main software providers for RAW. Fuji did its own special software for the RAWS but it was very slow and crashed a lot. I would bet money that you couldn't even install it on a PC today.

Get an S5 Pro to play maybe along with a Nikon 35 f1.8 but I wouldn't invest heavily in it. I am sure there are people who have had them for years but they have had years of use from them.

Some for the S3. I have seen excellent images from both.

Not saying getting one is bad. But there are more negatives to getting one today than there was a few years ago. If you want the Nikon lens choice, I would suggest a secondhand Nikon D610.
