Try wiggling your transmitter.  Fit is a problem on many hot shoes.

I’ve tried wiggling it and pressing it down to try and get it to trigger still nothing.

Are your transmitters Fuji and/or Canon compatible?  They use the same pinout.  Dose the flash camera's flash menu show a flash is attached?

It’s a single pin third party transmitter.it fires my canon 5d mkiii but not my Fuji x t-100 to tell you the truth non of my transmitters work All Of them third party though if I were to buy a canon transmitter specifically and it not work is there a possible problem with my hot shoe. Let me test if it shows a flash attached when I get a chance.

No it doesn’t show there is anything attached to the hot shoe although I’m not sure where it should be showing that I do have something attached

When I owned a X-T100 I used it routinely with a Fuji EF-42 flash.  No problems.

If you have a camera store anywhere near you, maybe it would be worthwhile to go there and try a Fuji flash on it.  Tell them you're interested in buying the flash and want to try it first.  Maybe that will be a true statement after ten minutes (always a hazard).

If it doesn't work, you have a problem with your camera.

I have an X-T100 and some Flashpoint/Godox equipment (two flashes and a remote trigger) I can test with. I will let you know the results within a couple of days.

Well, I got to this quicker than I thought I would. I was able to use a Godox TT350 on the hotshoe of my X-T100. I was also able to mount a Flashpoint R2Pro (Fujifilm version) on the hotshoe and trigger the TT350 remotely.

You have quiet mode off? Not in continuous shooting mode?

Flash mode set correctly (try forced flash)?

Sound on, is not really the same as turning off silent mode. Silent mode also turns off the flash and the focus assist lamp. You may know this, but in case you are confused by Fuji's name, "silent mode," hold down the Disp/Back button for a second. All sounds are turned off, flash is disabled, and the focus-assist lamp is turned off. It stays in silent mode until you press the button again.

Did you go to Menu- setup1, and set sound & flash to on?

http://fujifilm-dsc.com/en/manual/x-t100/menu_setup/setup_menu1/index.html#sound_flash

The only other thing I can think of is Bracketing is on, or Continuous shooting, but I think that's been covered already.
