This photo reminded me of a table my wife and I made in the 70's. We went to A pice thing in NYC and bought a bunch and drew design on table and glued them all in and the I put liquid plastic over them

Thanks.... Unfortunately at some point I wanted to do something (Forget what) and took the top off and turned it upside down and hammered a nail in it dead center for a pivot point and the whole thing cracked so I tossed it!

Tonight's exotic cuisine.

Pecan Parmesan Crusted Rainbow Trout with artichoke hearts, fresh basil and lemon butter.

It was very tasty.

Exhibit *** Mini-Challenge #563 "Exotic Food" ***

Actually not really exotic. Wife it looks horrible but tastes great: Sauerkraut with mashed potatoes, wurst and a lot of gravy (composed and more or less cooked by myself, wife was away)...

Sauerkraut with mashed potatoes and 'wurst'.

Peking Duck is a very popular dish. When I had it, they placed strips of duck meat in sort of a pancake and added a spicy sauce over it. I am sure there are lots of other ways to serve duck also.

I can see where ducks can be rare in city ponds. They might end up in the kitchen.
