SeaFrogs RX100 Salted Line costs $297 with a basic flat port and gives you access to all the controls, fitting RX100 models III through VII. You can add a macro port with 67mm threads to use wet lenses, or a dome for over/under splits. A vacuum valve + pump kit is another $120. I've been using the equivalent for A6xxx series cameras for over a year now without issues.

Inon S-2000 and Sea & Sea YS-01 are the entry level options; Inon Z-330 and Sea & Sea YS-D2 give you more power for wide-angle shots, but cost (and weigh) a lot more. Housing land strobes is generally more trouble than it's worth - it's clunky, you can't use radio triggering (sea water absorbs RF) so you need fiber optics and they tend to lack power and beam width compared to dedicated underwater units.

LED lights can be used for still photography, but only at very close range (a foot or so), and xenon strobes give much better results. Constant bright lights also tend to scare away mobile critters.

I had RX100iv in Fantasea housing with Fantasea wet macro lens and dual Sealife sea dragon strobes. You can take great pictures with this moderately priced setup, including  macro. Oh, and Sony gives you free post processing software Capture One.

Biggest problem for me was it was an entry level drug to the much more expensive interchangeable lens cameras!

Not, if you have this bad boy with different ports.
