Could I have some feedback on these shots

All shots were taken with either my 300mm f2.8 or a tamron 100-400 f4.5-6.3

Nice shots. The red flag in the first shot though is way too distracting to me. The third one I would have loved to see more dirt being sprayed up on the left side of the photo.

If this is your first foray into racing photography you're certainly on the right track!

I was struggling with the framing on the Citroen. That's a full frame uncropped shot I just couldn't get any further back. The one of the ford is the same angle once I switched to the 100-400 and is also uncropped.

1) My guess is you added the flag guy for some drama but that shot without him would have been much better.

2) I love the lights but more context, e.g. less crop, would have helped.

3) Too close crop on the left.

4) Love it. Too dark.

5) Nice.

Agree with TGM1234, for the most part...  The last is my favorite.  Not sure if it's the nostalgia aspect, but that and the fact that I like the color balance, exposure, and composition, I'd call it the best of the series.
