Looking for a decent Arca Swiss style head for X-T30

About to grab an X-T30 to replace my X-T10 and possible eventually break down and opt for an X-T3. The grip bracket I have on the T10 has an Arca Swiss mount that looks easy to slide on for both vertical and horizontal. I've got an old Manfrotto Wilderness tripod I like and a Vanguard something or other that's ok but open to suggestions for a ball head, combo, etc.

Really Right Stuff BH-30 is what I've got for XT2.  Costs a lot, but works great.

The BH-25 is also recommendable (surprisingly/dependably stable).
