Re: dial craziness

Some said to press the dial hard, some said to blow using air pressure

Re: dial craziness

Some have reported success with simple brute force - rotating vigorously for a few minutes. Others have reported that blowing compressed air helped. And some are using dielectric (not contact spray).

This is a common problem on several Samsung NX cameras. To rule out other software-related issues, I suggest you reset the camera and install the latest firmware version again.

Kind regards,

Massao

i used to install the 1.15,which is the latest software to my camera, and nothing changed, the dials still doing things like that, also i wanted to use the developer settings so i downgraded 1.15 to a fake version of 1.13 using 1.16 string like otto k said....and things still going on.

Re: dial craziness

Just get a second body like me and avoid windy sandy beaches... My 45mm used to make sandy noise when rotating the manual grip

it is broken solder under on the circuit under the dial.

You have to find a repairman to do this repair.
