Help: T7i won't take Bracketed Pics only a single pic

I was on vacation and for the life of me I could not get my new T7i to take bracketed photos and instead it would only take a single photo instead of the three different exposures so I need some help to figure out why. I used to use it on my T1i no problem but this T7i is being a PITA.

Camera settings:
AV mode (also tried Manual Mode)
Single Shot (also tried continuous shooting)
Set the bracketed settings in the Menu and the +/- values indicate that they are saved in the viewfinder but it still only takes a single pic instead of three.

Thoughts?
Kevin

Update: NEVER MIND.. I just discovered that I didn't have it set in the correct "Continuous" mode. It now works in slow speed continuous (I thought I tried this setting but apparently not) instead of hi speed continuous.

Too bad the manual doesn't outline this info I could have taken the desired photos.

Canon EOS 500D (EOS Rebel T1i / EOS Kiss X3) Canon EOS Rebel T7i / EOS 800D / Kiss X9i

Single press (and hold down) of the shutter button works with drive set to either high or low continuous.
