I just bought a Z6, my first Nikon. I am moving on from M43 and had a few reservations, but after a few days of limited play, I'm really liking the Z6. No regrets

Really good job with the shutter speed selection. The circular eddy is great. you might think about cleaning up the extreme lower left edge a bit. It's kind of an eye magnet the way it is now, and this is too good an image not to go the extra mile.

14-30 S first real life outing at temple (heavy!)...
5

For one year now, among many other things, I've been documenting the restoration of the 250 y.o. main shrine (center) at the Wat Phatthana Tuayang Buddhist temple. Last Saturday I was curious to know if the 14-30 S reaches the expectations I previously put in it

I like the OOF background look at 30 f/4

Coming back home I stopped by the Wat Bosang temple, and yes, the sun was at the right place in the sky...

Finally, the 14-30 S has passed the exam with great success for what I'm willing to do with it. In other words: I love it

Though, being the first WA zoom lens I ever owned, I've to learn more about it. And it'll be with great fun for sure...

Thanks for looking...

Romantic... and so refreshing!

Though agree with Jim, I feel the debris in the lower part of the pic are a bit "eye-catching" too much. Only my own feel of course...

This is an excellent shot. The lighting is beautiful, and sensitively handled. Is the pier really leaning a bit to the right, or is that because the camera wasn't quite level? If the latter, it can be fixed in post.

Thanks.

I'm not sure whether it was the pier or me leaning, probably me.
