I found this in a relative's personal effects who was a big Minolta fan back in the day, like SR1 and SR7 days--I inherited the SR-7. It might be for a Minolta 16mm miniature camera assuming that is what the M-16 indicates.

The serial number is OK for the first model, Minolta 16, 1956-1960

It does say : Name and Model Minolta 16

so I suppose that is the name of the model.

To add: the 16 was the second of the Minolta branded 16mm cameras .

The first one was called Minolta 16 Automat.

(I had a play with most of those Minolta 16 mm cameras)

They have a service station in Maiami, Florida. Otherwise none of the Japlish expression so common in this era. Or has Miami changed spelling?

In Italian MIami is pronounced the same way as mi ami, that means "you love me".

So there is a coffee shop in Miami called Mi Ami....

But ask an Italian how Chicago is pronounced in Italy and what it means then....
