The "lucky" First Place winner has the dubious honor of hosting of the next challenge. If the winner doesn't respond post a new Challenge within 3 days of the date results are posted; or has to decline to serve, the Second Place winner becomes the next host. If that individual declines to serve, the Third Place winner becomes the next host.

All are very nice exhibits Nigel... If Labe sees this you will get reprimanded for more than 10 pics in a post as the rules state. I don't care, myself

I am sorry Bill, I am not a native English speaker. I took the photo's my self last year and they are private. Hope that helps.

Kind regards,

Why does everyone wear face masks? Is the air that bad there?

Face masks

BrentSchumer wrote:

Yes, very true. The main Japanese thing is more to protect others from MY germs, not so much protect me from other's germs. Pure courtesy. Plus of course for those who have pollen or dust allergies.

In Australia we have an increasingly large Asian population and it is reasonably common to see masks on various Asian types, extremely rare on a local born Aussie, whatever their ethnic extraction.

I have a big bundle of those masks but only use them at home to lessen the risk of harmful dust when doing some horrible DIY project.
