Nice composition, but the photo looks way too overcooked for my taste.

I also have a Pixel 3 and it has an excellent camera.

Pixel 3As are out, more in my price and performance requirements bracket and apparently the same good camera, with full Camera2 API.

Looks terrible - hopefully not straight out of camera?   If it is, the algorithm is over-cooking everything.   Looks like it when extreme with saturation / HDR / clarity

Actually, this is Monet (better known for flowers than streetscapes):

The OP's image is more Tijuana Velvet, but these are matters of taste.

His photo has no Exif data.  He's lazy! just plain lazy.

I have a Pixel 2 which is almost the same camera. I think that shot is edited. My camera doesn't produce overcooked images like that.
