Sony A6000 and G-Master 100-400mm in Gambia

I think my old Sony A6000 camera worked surprisingly well today here in Gambia, when I was taking photos of birds in their natural habitat in Gambia River area.

With the G-master FE 100-400mm lens it was easy to operate and I’m quite happy with the results I got.

I still wouldn’t mind if Sony could release a new crop sensor camera for nature and sport photography soon. Something like rumoured ”Mini A9”?

Looks like it worked quite well indeed - neat to see some birds from a part of the world rarely shared here...and you got some lovely shots of them.

Though few people share shots from Gambia, that country's name is familiar here in Florida, due to an (in)famous invasive species...the Gambian pouch rat.  They've established in the upper keys here in Florida, and they're big enough to keep the cats away, since they're nearly the size of a cat!
