Pigment based printer for a beginner

I’m looking for a good pigment based printer that you can refill it with cheap third party and bigger it print it’s better (brand doesn’t matter)

i’m going to use it to print hydrograph film so the it doesn’t have to be highly detailed and I won’t use it for photo print and things like that (I have 3 pixma pro-100 for that)

I don’t know how much should I spend but cheaper is better

You can't get too much cheaper than what you have already. Plenty of sources for third party inks. Is the size of the prints not large enough?
