Shutter zoom.

Never thought much about creative stuff, but saw a video tutorial on this subject, and thought i would give it a go, i should have used a tripod and the person suggested using a ND or polariser filter both i dont have, its something for the future but i like the effect.

Thanks, if you go on Youtube punch in shutter zoom, mike browne demonstrates it well, there are several youtube demos.
