I had a G7, now G9.  With either camera, when playback is choppy on my PC it's the player's fault.  I have a stand-alone video player on which recorded video isn't choppy.

Re: Lumix G7 4k 24fps issue

hey, no it's in export/premrie sequence.

I've tried every method, converting to 25 fps(eu version) and speed up,optical flow, opening first 25p sequence and then drag the 50fps footage and it still doesn't look smooth.

heres examples both 25fps and 50fps:

50fps converted to 25:

4k 25fps:

it doesn't look smooth when im panning,

look here for example at 0:24 it looks much smoother than mine settings

Bill ,though your movements are fast the posted videos look reasonably smooth for presumably handheld footage doing the pan slower would look better and reduce the impact of rolling shutter  . The folk in the video are probably using a gimbal

First of all, are you using the creative movie mode? If not, then you are not controlling the shutter speed. It's explained here: https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/61685500
