Dirt showing up on photos

I have a PS A800 which lives in my pants pocket and is sometimes used for digiscoping. I also have a PS A1400, which I have hardly used. Both cameras have dirt in the lens which shows up in some photos. I ordered a used ELF180 to be used the same way. Is this dirt from carrying the camera around in my pocket? Can I get rid of it somehow? Will the same thing happen with the ELF 180? It seems to have a glass lens protector instead of the metal door.

Disregard this picture

This shows the dirt in the A800.

This is from the A1400 through my telescope. Subject is about a kilometer away. Scope is focused; blur is from movement introduced pressing shutter button.

Here is another using shutter timer.
