T6i bad color

My wife and I were out for a day of shooting, and halfway through the day, her camera started coming up with bad color.

We tried everything. We shot a custom white balance. I pored over the menus for anything that might have altered it. Couldn't find anything. She was shooting RAW, so I assumed we'd be able to correct it when we got home, but I was wrong. The files are just bad. And she can't even convert them to b/w since the bad color affected the resolution. It's similar to when you push the saturation way up and everything looks wonky.

We tried "Clear settings" to reset to factory. We tried a different card, so it's not the card.

There weren't a whole lot of answers to be had online, but it sounds like we're going to have to send it in to the shop.

Has anyone experienced this and have any other suggestions?

Why is there no EXIF data with this photo?  That usually means an editing program was used and stripped the data.  Is this an out of camera image?  Do the images look like this on the camera's LCD, or after they've been transferred to another device?

This is a screencap out of Photoshop. I messed with it quite a bit in Photoshop and RAW editor. I can't change the hue significantly or anything.

Can you post any original image before processing?

It seems that one of the channels is dead. Would you post a RAW file?

Pretty sure this board only accepts jpeg images.  I've never been able to post a RAW file here.

You can place it on Google Drive or OneDrive, etc., and post a link.

Yikes. Looks like someone shot that through a 700-800nm infrared filter!

As others have mentioned, it's likely a camera problem. However check the Picture Style settings and any filter settings. Maybe something got mucked up (and perhaps still persisted through your reset?).

Probably will require a trip to Canon unfortunately...

Best of luck to you!
