lug rings for M5?

lug rings for M5?

So far I have not used any strap for M5 usually, while I have used JOBY wrist strap for M.

Now I want to add another JOBY strap for my M5. The problem is the connection between the strap and the camera.

How about something like this?

Do you think that it fits M5? Are M5's lugs common or dedicated?

I want to keep the original lug rings for the original Canon neck strap.

P.S. I do not know why Canon has been changing the styles of lugs at every iteration of EOS Ms.

Single wire will fit, double loop rings don't always fit through the holes. I have these ones and they do fit

Yes, single wire in my mind.

Your link shows double wires, doesn't it? Moreover, too expensive. Thank you.

Re: lug rings for M5?

I went to the local Fuji-store, paid somewhere around $5 for them, you could also just order X-A5 and sell the camera afterwards...

I am always interested in Fuji system. Maybe it is time to check it.

Re: JOBY + Canon

I have ended up using the Canon original ring for JOBY wrist strap. Thank you for your concern. It is very tight because the JOBY strap is wider and thicker than Canon's strap, but it works wonderfully.
