Very nice and convenient

Yes, with MFT we always (except 42.5/1.2) have a problem with boke:

But we receive 600mm !!! equivalent for $500-$600, half a kilo and really compact size.

Plus Power OIS (description at dpreview has a mistake), hood, case. I like big rubber rings as well – perfect in hand.

How to receive 600mm with FF and how much to pay and how much to move? A few thousand $ and a few kg? And the question is: do you really need 600mm? If just sometimes 100-300 is a very good choice.

Yes, it’s soft, but cheap. And we can do this:

Re: Very good

I like mine (the Mk.II) a lot too. For the past two weeks while on vacation, it has been on my G80 almost non-stop (my wife's got wide angle covered with her 14-140). Can't wait to get a good look at the results when back home.

Re: Very good

I have it as well and have been shooting it a fair bit on my G9. I like the results thus far and it fully supports Dual IS II as well making it ridiculously steady in decent light.

Once I finish offloading some images I will add a couple to check out.

I also agree that the build quality exceeds the price. And man is it light in comparison to previous lenses I have owned.

Re: Very good

Together with 45~200, both of these lenses have their sweetest spot @ f/7.1~8. Stop them down, under good stablization, they can produce reasonably sharp image.
