how to shoot this (cylindrical room)

Hi, I posted this over at FM last week but haven't found a solution as yet...possibly the mind trust over here can shed some light on the subject.

I'm currently shooting rooms for a local B&B and have come upon a challenge I don't know how to resolve.
Currently using a d500 and primarily an 11-20 tokina for most shots (being my widest).

The 'room' is cylindrical, 12' high not much deeper than the jacuzzi which sets in it and a place to stand, has three windows, the walls and ceiling are painted as a wrap around mural with sky up high and grass/trees down low.

would really like to do this area justice but have zero idea how I'm going to achieve this. The magic of the room is that once inside you are surrounded and part of it. This is more of a challenge than a pay for output type of shot (which is another ways of saying I'm not willing to spend 10 hours just trying to find out that I can't do it)

suggestions and advice greatly appreciated

green = doorway, there are windows on both sides as well

Not sure how good a flat image would convey the reality of the room but you could get one by stitching together panorama images.

Immersive image software lets you take multiple images and create an computer immersive image or walk through images that you navigate through, usually with a mouse.  It has been used for (is still used?) real estate sales.

You need a giant telecentric lens!!!

There are two or three ways to render the depth.  Stereoscopy, putting an object with standard recognisable proportions as a reference or suggesting it with lighting.  For fun purpose, and I'm sure Sailor Blue would say the same, a 3D set would be great for this.

Or else, you can put a graded lighting that goes darker as you go deeper in the corner on one side.

And for the object of known proportions, you can stand a beatiful naked woman in the bath and show how high and deep the room is compared to this known reference!  Or a mix of the three techniques!

This is a very old thread and I am sure you found a solution. If not - maybe this technique could be a way:

https://pentaxever.com/multi-imaging-technology-with-pentax-k-1-ricoh-theta-s/

It is a combination of a 360° sphere camera and a FF DSLR camera. The Theta S (360° camera) gives the grid and the K1 fills it with high quality photos of any resolution you want. Don't know if it can be constructed towards a 3d system by doing the same set of photos with a distance that is about the distance between two eyes.

Best regards

Holger
