Like others, I can't see a great deal of difference between the first two pictures.

Does that give me the right to be rude to you though?

Disagreeing with you is one thing, being downright rude is something else.

I did not see rudeness here. All of them are suggestions for fixing potential sources of the observation noticed only by OP. e.g. calibrate monitor, use Jpg, adjust WB only without playing with the Raw, posting the Raw file, checking with optometrist.

Disagreeing is fine. Telling the op why we think we disagree and not trust his procedure, setup ot result, or the questioning of his competence in postprocessing, are all justified.

Fuji changed Provia ever since X-T2

Provia film simulation in X-T2 and X-H1 are biased towards green and blue.  Before, Provia was great for people photos, now it is not.  It is better for landscape.

The only way to get back the old Provia skin tone on X-T2 or X-H1 is to use Pro Neg. Hi.

Or you can bias the WB to one notch less green and blue for Provia to get similar effect.

That must be frustrating for JPEG shooters if Fuji keep tinkering with the color rendering of their in-camera film emulations. I myself shoot raw and then apply film emulations in post - at least that, in theory, brings a bit more consistency.

Either way the X-H1 is an amazingly great camera!

I agree. I was told to shoot in Provia Standard, then in Pro Neg Hi. I haven't tried Pro Neg Hi, but I have tried Astia Soft, and (for TAN looking skin) as my original photo (she is not pink looking) Astia Soft seems to work the best.

Either way the files from these new sensors behave a little different, they are not as "ready to go" SOOC as older previous cameras and one has to play a little bit more with the files. Like I originally said, is not a huge difference, but there is a difference. I agree too that it is best to shoot RAW to change and find the best film simulation in there.

I shot several hundred RAW photos this pass weekend at a photoshoot and the files definitely have a different character and the way "I" push the files is very different than with the previous 16MP sensor. I will say that I liked the 16MP sensor more, for the way "I" do things.

Either way, although these newer sensors have different characteristic like a different sauce, the X-H1 RAW files have impressed me and the images kick ass and I'm very happy with it. On my monitor the photo below looks much better and is a bit more degraded here but here is just one small sample:
