Panasonic GH4 noise/aliasing/moire problem

Hi Dpreview! First time posting here and im hoping to get feedback by someone who maybe has experienced the same problem.

So i have been using my Panasonic GH4 for some years now - and i still think its doing a good job. But this week when i was out in the forest and did some location scouting for an upcoming shoot i realized a pretty annoying noise problem from my GH4. The noise only appears in big shots, wide angels with a lot of information in the frame. Close ups and narrow shots looks fine. Please watch the footage in the link and look especially at the tree trunks for the a weird blurry noise. I dont know if i should call it a noise, aliasing or moire. It almost seems like the forest gets all blurry in the really wide shot even tough i took great care in exposing it right. The first half of the footage is ungraded and second half is with a quick color grade.

Hello. I'm not 100% sure what you're referring to, but do you see the same issue with the original video? Due to low bitrate, YouTube is very bad at rendering many small moving details, such as intricate branches, ripples, confetti, etc.

Use the highest possible Bit rate. You will need good fast SD cards. Even then YouTube will destroy a lot of information.

Thanks for the input. Good call about Youtube - but i have the same issue on the original files. Here you can download the original files if ur interested in a closer look.

But i take it as a good sign you cant really tell what to look for, that tells me its maybe not that big of a problem.
