Canon Rebel 300D using a IR filter!!!

Hi everyone, thought I would share some pictures using IR Filter.....

I have looked mon the web and cant get an easy answer... What is the workflow for doing a IR image???? Can anyone help me??? Thanks and just bare in mind these are test shots, not very interesting images!!!

It depends on what kind of IR images you want.  It's best to use a modified camera but it can be done with just a filter in some cases (non-moving subjects and on a tripod).  You'll want too set a custom white balance, often something green such as grass will work best.  Then in post you have the choice of converting to black & white or leaving it in color (depending on the filter, you may not really have color as an option).  If you leave it in color, the common practice is to swap the red and blue color channels and then adjust from there.
