Is there a way to lower the shutter speed to 1/4 of Canon T2i in video mode?

I've been trying to recreate Wong Kar Wai's unique style of step printing but in order to do that, you must achieve a 1/4-1/2 of shutter speed which keeps me from doing it using my Canon T2i. Is it possible to lower it because it restricts me to 1/30 shutter speed when in video mode?

Thank you in advance!

Try Magic Lantern firmware.

This runs on top of the Canon firmware and does not permanently modify your camera. Removing it is as easy as formatting your camera.

Why do you want to use that?  It'd hardly be video with just 2 fps!  That's why 1/25 is the slowest shutter speed (when choosing 24 or 25 fps

Thank you in advance!
