Belt clips for small cameras?
1

Recently I picked up a used Pen E-PM2. I am really liking the quality I get out of this tiny camera. But it is not quite pocket sized.

When I need a pocket sized camera, I use a TG-4. When hiking, I like to stick it on a strap or belt with a Tough Sport Holder CSCH-123.

What I discovered a couple days ago, is that the Olympus CSCH-123, made for the TG series, is also the perfect size for my E-PM2!  No banging around like with my other belt clips.

It will probably fit other small bodies as well.  I wish I could carry the Pen F this way.

I thought I would share this so others can love their E-PM2 even more.  My favorite new strap is not a strap but this tight belt clip.

Has anyone seen any thing like this for other cameras?

Interesting looking case. Can you explain exactly how it works? I've tried to look up a video but I can't find one that shows how its actually secured there.

While it won't give you the padding around the camera, I'm a huge fan of the peak design clips. I have both the Pro and the newest small version, both work amazing well on the EM5 and EM1.

Your setup looks like it holds the camera body flush to you (lens pointing out), which might work better for small bodies like the PENs with pancake lenses. The Peak Designs hold the camera out with lens pointing down, which works great if you have a larger lens, but is less than ideal for what you've got there.

Here's a photo showing the Velcro straps on the back:

Use the two straps for a vertical strap like a backpack.  Or, use the on larger strap for your belt.  Camera sits in the carrier in a portrait orientation.

Yes, I use a spider holster to hold my E-M1 (ii)s much the same as the Peak Designs.with the heavier cameras and lensed they hang down well.  When I use on for a Pen the cameras light weight flies and bangs around a lot.

The Olympus holder made specifically for the TG series happens to fit the E-PM1, 2 with a short lens, including any of the small primes, perfectly.  I haven't an E-PL5 or 6 but I think It would work for them too.
