Cheap, got it for 270$ new. That's why build is all plastic, and you don't get the lens hood. But I found a hood for it on ebay for 3$ from China. Fits well.

It has been dark and overcast weather for more than a month, so I only had a few hours of sunlight to go test it out. See pictures below.

I did a simple test of widest angle sharpness at F4.5, 5.6, 8, 11, 16 and 22.

Images are dark at 4.5, 5.6 and higher are bright. Sharpness is similar from 4.5 to 8, after 8 it starts to get softer and at f16-f22 becomes unusable.

Left Midframe @10mm

Left Bottom Corner @10mm

Vignetting was not a big problem:

Bokeh is as expected from F4.5 lens:

Lens is really wide so distortions are impressive:

I used to own Tokina 12-24 F4, but this is much better in terms of price and sharpness. Also, it's very light and compact.

Only downside of course is that F4.5-5.6, but to get fixed F2.8 you have to pay at least twice as much. And for landscape you need to stop down anyway.
