The difference between the US version and the International version is that they traveled through different middlemen between the factory and you.

The US Version may also come with a different warranty card.

Thanks Michael Fryd for the response.

Is there any quality difference between them? Is International version a trusted product? Does international version has warranty outside of US?

Thanks Again.

"International Version" means Grey Market.

They are exactly the same lens product. The only differences will be the paperwork that comes in the box, the box itself, and the serial number range on the lens.

Does international version has warranty outside of US?

It might. On certainly shouldn't buy a US version if one lives on and is buying on a different continent. To be certain of warranty support it is best to buy the package intended for the region in which the product is sold. International versions are cheaper because of their lack of warranty support.

People around (not US, of course) here think US version is better than int. version!!

Someone goes to the extreme. He mails order many lenses from B&H ..
