Eclipse photo instructions?

Links to good instructions to photograph the Eclipse with my Rebel T4i. Google failed on this search: first link explained how to choose your film. Next one said "only this guy is good enough, so do you really want to compete with the master."  Enough BS and nothing much better.

I was in Utah in May of 2012 and had a great time photographing by guessing on the fly when I found myself in the middle of that eclipse event and was off the grid so no Google at all.

My night sky instructions aren't really going to work on this because of the flaming edges. I will be at home where it'll be a little over 99%, so that'll be a hair off center. One percent is not enough to get me out in that traffic. Thanks!

Never mind...

I just found the series on CanonUSA.com when I went there to look at the new camera models y'all are discussing. I've been on the road and off the grid a lot since April!
