...for the money this is the best buy ever. $200 buys a frighteningly sharp lens that is sharper than any other lens in my bag. It blows away the Sony Zeiss FE 35mm 2.8 in the centre edge or any other place in the frame at any aperture and is actually so sharp it reveals flaws in many scenes that you may want or need to retouch.
The bad news is: it looks cheap and it rattles when not in use.
It would be better if it focused nearer, if it was F1.4, if it had Steady Shot and had rubber on the outside of the barrel and if it didn't rattle. But then it would cost $800. So accept it as it is because at $200 it represents unbelievable value.
