Looks like Amazon.com has got a good deal on the EM5 with 14-42 for 599$

If you look for the 5-axis IBIS, a little bit faster sequential shooting, and weather sealing, it might be a good deal.
However, until you get a splash proof lens, it isn't weather sealed. The E-M5 did come with the 12-50mm lens as a kit, and you might be able to find a kit with that as a combo. The price of used/refurbished 12-50mm's is generally decent, but at times you can luck out with a sale.
The conventional wisdom is mixed on the 12-50mm. I shot with it for 2 years until I upgraded to the 12-40mm pro lens, and I found it to be a good lens. It is slightly slower on the long end (f/6.3 vs. f/5.6 on the 14-42mm), but that is only 1/3 f/stop.
Note, the E-M5 mark I is 5 years old, so you probably should budget for replacement batteries. My E-M5 mark I is still going strong.
One thing to note about the cameras that use the BLN-1 battery like the E-M5 mark I, the E-M1 mark I, the Pen-F, etc. is the Olympus BLN chemistry is slightly different than the normal chemistry used by third party battery makers. This means you should use the third party charger on third party batteries, and the Olympus charger on Olympus batteries. A forum user Atmel has done testing on the various BLN-1 clones, and he came to the conclusion that most of the third party BLN-1 batteries were junk, with the exception of the Watson batteries (sold at B&H) which have something like 80% of the charge level of the Olympus batteries, but only 50% the cost. That being said, after being happy with Wasabi batteries on my previous cameras, I had 2 Wasabi BLN-1's swell on m
Otherwise for 699$ you could get the EM10.2 with both the 14-42 and 40-150 and add a prime latter on:
Yeah, I was going to recommend the E-M10 mark 2.
The E-M10 mark I is 3 years old, so it may be time to think about upgrading BLS-5/BLS-50 batteries as well, but they should still hold a charge. The chemistry of the BLS batteries is more standard, so there is less issue of charger compatibility.
