Omd camera cleaning sensor.

Hello. I own an omd-10 olympus camera. After taking some long exposures photos i notice some round dusts fog dusts and a hair dust. using a lens soft cloth i remove the hair and some dust from sensor. After i took a sample photo using a method (that i read in internet) so i can examine better my sensor. And still there is some round fogs dusts around the sensor. I already order a wet wipes for cleaning the sensor but as i searching in internet i read that is risky to clean the omd sensor because of ibis mechanism.

So my questions are:

1 is there is chance to make a damage to the sensor or the ibis mechanism after i clean the sensor using the soft cloth?and how to check this? the camera when is off the sensor is moving. the camera when is on the sensor is locked.

2. Do i have to clean the sensor carefully using the wet wipes special for sensor cleaning or is very risky to damage it. When the camera is in off the sensor is moving all the time. so why is risky when i will move the camera during cleaning?

3. I post here the testing sensor image and you can leave your comment about anything you want.
