how to use my gpu with on1 photo raw?

my laptop has an integrated gpu/cpu and and a much more powerful 980m dedicated gpu.

programs such as on1 and photoshop default to using the the much weaker integrated gpu. NVidia comes with a control panel to set the gpu choice, but even if I set it here to use the 980m for on1 and photoshop, it still defaults to the weaker integrated gpu/cpu.

is there a way to force on1 and/or photoshop to use the dedicated gpu instead?

Can you turn off onboard video in bios?

Maybe then the other gpu would be default.

that's going to be a hassle. but you gave me an idea. maybe if I turn off my integrated video driver from device manager, it will force on1 to use my discrete gpu.
