Picture mode settings for widefield starry sky landscapes
1

Hi all, I need some help selecting the right picture mode and settings for doing widefield starry sky photography (of the constellation Orion at the moment).  I want the star colors to really pop (Betelgeuse should be red and Rigel blue).

I am going to save these settings in MyMode.  My normal settings are Natural picture mode, and Saturation, Contrast and Sharpness all set to -1 but to make the star colors really pop and to see a nice range of stars from dimmest to brightest (to widen my DR as much as possible), I think I should use different settings.  What do you think?   I am going to be using ISO in the range of 800 to 3200 and shutter speeds from 2 sec to 15 sec with the E-PL6.
