NX1 or Sony kit for mexico

so, I am heading off to mexico to shoot photos and video for a yoga studio I do work for, and I am stuck on what to take:

NX1, 16-50s, 50-150s, 85 & 45

or

Sony A7r2, Sigma 18-35, Sony 55 FE and Sony 70-200 F4

Also taking my Phantom 3, as we will be in a Puerto Morales, and aerial footage will be superb.  I plan on shooting in 4K.  I am also taking my A6300 with 10-18 and gimbal.

You have too much equipment, do you sell any of the NX?!

If you take the a6300, then go all the way Sony.

If you do not need the second camera just take the  NX with the two S lenses and the 45mm for short portraits and carry around lens, trully an excellent lens for the money, my favourite NX lens overall.

Probably sony setup make more sense since you have two cameras, though I see you have no standard zoom for A7R2, only crop?

If Samsung, I'd take only S zoom, unless you need 85 for very special purpose. NX45 can easily stay home. It's a good lens, but no value added here.

Yes, I have too much stuff, but weddings are my bread and butter, so all of it gets used. The A6300 is my dedicated gimbal camera. I love the image quality i get with the NX1, but it probably wouldn't hurt to consider selling all of it for another A7R2. Since I do mostly video work, the 18-35 is the better all around zoom for low light shooting conditions.

If you end up wanting to sell your nx setup let me know. I'd be very interested if it was for a good price.

Do you ever have overheating problems or changing batteries too soon?

I am wondering how possible is to shoot a wedding on the hot Mexican summer (I just did a cerrmony in 43Celsius under shadow) only on Sony.

Re: NX1 or Sony kit for mexico

I'm not shooting a wedding down there on this trip, it's video for a yoga studio located where I live.

I know, I was rhetorical. I just want to learn the pro side of camera systems, I already told you that taking the Sonys is a good idea (interchange lenses), but maybe a few pros could have gone with only the NX and theb3 lenses I mentioned.

If you definitely take the a6300, then go Sony all the way, no need to carry around two systems with you

No, Canon for Korea. Nikon for Iceland. Kodak for Japan. Hasselblad is for Antarctica only and Phase One for the Arctic. Pentax you can use anywhere, but only on Tuesdays. Black Magic only on Friday the 13th and Red only on the Chinese new year anywhere or in China. Please consult the GNU man pages for more info.
