Has anyone tried the Sigma 30mm f/1.4?

Every review I can find online seems to have been conducted on a Sony APSC (or even full frame in crop mode) body. I would really like to see what images from this lens look like on a m4/3 body, and also to hear what's the AF like compared to Olympus/Panasonic lenses on their respective camera bodies.

I've had the original 43 model for a while.

I originally used it on the E-3 where it produced decent images but the focus wasn't great.  I sent the first lens I had back as it front focused too much.

The 2nd copy was better but not perfect.  The E-3 seemed to struggle to get the focus exactly where I wanted it.

On the EM1 with it's OSPDAF I found that the focus reliability was much better.

Centre sharpness was decent but not stellar wide open, edge sharpness - I have no idea. The edges of any images I took were never in focus anyway.

Unfortunately, I don't have any images on-line that I've shot using this lens.

Check out my gallery. Many pics there are from the Sigma 30/1.4.

I like it a lot.  Slightly soft wide open, but not too bad. AF is fine.
