Eyes open would look less disturbingly dead.

Would be neat if a water birth was planned, eh?

And then do pictures of the baby underwater (a la Seth Casteel).  Plan ahead and have the mom do similar poses, then do a collage.

Do a pose with the baby on the (now deflated) mother's belly, matched up with a similar 'before' pose.

Lots of good possibilities.

Do one with baby swim trunks, then later with the baby in them. etc etc.

How did you make her float like this ? I tried to shop it myself few times but the woman was keep floating..
