Pany 12-32 aperture issues with video?

I rarely shoot video, but yesterday I had my Pany 12-32 pancake zoom on my E-PM2 recording some video while I was shooting. I noticed that the aperture kept jumping around noticeably on the video, so I switched it to manual mode (which I should have done to begin with). I recall seeing some firmware fixes for aperture issues on various lenses, so I am now curious how common this is. The camera and lens firmware are current as of last month.

I had planned to shoot with my OM Zuiko 50/1.8, which worked well at first, but things were changed two quickly, so I switched to the zoom. Next time I will know to set exposure to manual or A ahead of time. I thought it was on A already, but it must have been on P or something. It doesn't appear that camera settings are saved in the MOV files.

Once I turned IS on, the video quality was pretty good, at 1080p high mode, average bitrate ~18Mbps. Since the scene was fairly static, and mostly tripod mounted, it worked well enough.
