Adjust both aperture and shutter speed on X-E2 with XC lens

Hi all. I'm just sold my Canons and joined the Fujifilm last month. Recently when I was using my X-E2 with XC 50-230mm, I found it a big problem when I was trying to adjust both aperture and shutter speed. Say, I configure my command dial for aperture control. Thus the most straightforward way to adjust the shutter speed is to use the shutter speed dial. However, the shutter speed dial can only change by a full step, which lose so much flexibility. To make matter worse, when using T-Shutter, I cannot change my exposure time directly with my shutter speed dial.
The major causes are that 1. XC lens do not have aperture ring and that 2. X-E2 has only one command dial. It took me quite a wile to find that the command dial can be configured for aperture control or shutter speed control but it is just too much trouble to change the setting over and over......

I'm not sure if I missed anything, but I believe that there is something fuji can do to make it less troublesome. For example, if I can configure "Press command dial" as "Change command dial functionality" I can adjust aperture speed with command dial first, then simply press command dial to change its functionality, and then I can adjust shutter speed with command dial right away.

I just wrote a letter to fuji, hope that we can see some change in future firmware update (hopefully)

any comment?

P.S. Sorry for my terrible English expression.....it's not my first language

The rear d-pad adjusts shutter speed in 1/3 stop increments.

Not anymore with the firmware 4.0. You have to assign a fn button to switch from Aperture to Speed.

Ah, forgot about 4.0. If you assign it to the left and right d-pad buttons, doesn't it do what I said?

Command Dial Setting

Choose whether the command dial controls shutter speed (S.S, the default option) or aperture (F).

This option only takes effect with lenes that are not equipped with an aperture ring.

Assign this to one the of function button Fn

Just use whole stops for shutter speed.  It will be within half a stop of ideal, you won't see the difference.  Honestly.
