Wide Angle Conversion Lens for Samsung NX500

I have three NX lenses that have 43mm filter thread: 16-50mm PZ, 30mm and 45mm. This is very common diameter on camcorders, so most of the conversion lenses with that thread diameter were made for camcorders. I was wondering if anyone tried to attach a wide angle conversion lens to any of these Samsung lenses. I tried a Raynox HD6600Pro (x0.66 conversion) with 43mm thread, and it's not a good match. The camera locks focus quickly, but the picture is very blurry, even stopped down to f16. The conversion lens itself weighs about 170 grams. It can secure quite well to the 30mm and 45mm lenses, both have non-moving front. But with the 16-50mm PZ this was a risky affair, because the conversion lens is attached to the zoom mechanism, and it's clearly too heavy for that.

Does anyone have experience maybe with the Ricoh DW-6 or another wide angle conversion lens?

I wouldn't attach anything that heavy to any of my small NX lenses. FWIW, while 45mm is internally focusing, 30mm is not (you can see the front moving).

Most such lenses were made to satisfy 1080p (at most) so they will perform poorly, especially in the wide end outside of the center of the image.

You could try 4k and see if it's acceptable (as it uses just the center crop of the sensor).
