Canon Rebel T1i output help

Iwill be running a photo booth at my sister-in-laws wedding. I will be using my Rebel T1i and was wondering if there was a way to have the preview of the picture automatically show in the television like it does on the LV screen. Right now it shows the settings that normally show on the LV screen but when I take a picture, it's like it turns off the output for a few seconds then the settings pop back up.

I believe,

If you are using the eye level viewfinder, I believe that, but my camera is broken so I cannot check, a television set will show the same stuff as the back of the camera.

So before the shot, you'll see settings on the back.

After the shot, if you do nothing else, you'll still see settings.

But if you press the little triangle button, the back of the camera and the television will both show the most recent photograph taken.

Then you can navigate backwards to see pictures you took earlier.

CAMERA BACK VIEWFINDER

(Here's where I'd like my camera to work, so I could check)

I think (but do not know for sure) that the TV and the camera back will show the same picture, which will move around until you press the shutter release.

At this stage, you should be able to press the triangle button, and see the photo you just took.

all you need is HDMI cable

I had T1i , as I recalled all you need is a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable. Once attached, Canon simply route the LV onto TV.

+1 I can confirm this. I have a T1i and occasionally use a HDMI to TV.
