Thanks again Ronald. Here is another attempt using your suggestions to the extent of my ability. The biggest change is the black/white level adjustment. I'm using Highlight -79, White +36, black -45, Clarity +20, Medium contrast curve, Sharpen +70, Calibration: Adobe Standard.

Is this better? I also went through the others and definitely prefer the changes you suggested.

Cheers. Mainly lightroom - +0.75 to exposure then used the sliders to spread the contrast / set the white point to avoid clipping. This image doesn't need a low black point as it makes the sea look bad. Some clarity and dehaze.

I then added some local contrast in photoshop which really helped bring out detail and took out some of the blue saturation - but then forgot to reset my highlights when I brought it back to LR so it was clipping a bit.. duh!

This is a better image with that fixed...
