About the VF4 (or any of the EVF's) does it make Manual Focus any easier? I'm finding that manual focus using the E-PL6 LCD can be a bit of a challenge.

It is a lot easier to steady the camera if it is up to your eye, and you can brace it against your forehead than using an LCD with your arms out-stretched. However, you still have to manually steady yourself.

It is easier IMHO to manually focus than either of those methods if the camera is on a steady tripod (using the LCD), but it is not always possible to use a tripod.

If you are using auto-focus lenses in auto-focus mode, you can select the menu option to have the camera automatically enlarge the center area when you are manually focusing the lens. You can also program a button to tell the camera to do this magnification on command, instead of doing it automatically.

Understandable that the EVF could help stabilize your shooting.  I'm wondering if when using manual focus, is it any easier to see what's in focus when using the EVF as opposed to the LCD?  Even when using the magnify feature the LCD isn't exactly super-sharp.
