C&C Novice NX300M portraits
1

Hello, here I am again asking for advices on my (not so) recent photos again.

This time I took some portraits against a pink wall in a tight room using the flash (Metz 44 AF-1) reflected in the wall behind me. Made some adjustments in LR (like the vignetting). Used Huelight Standard profile.

I am not much aware, as I am seldomly using flash lights, but I would advise your subject to be further away from your background. This is quite a "happy" portraite (plus a pink wall!), so the flash looks ok, in general it is interesting to have in your mind not only the light, but the lack of it as well(shadows).

I had 2 metters between the pink wall and the back wall, thats why she was so close to the wall. Thanks for the advice!

Looks nice, but I'd go for a tighter crop.

I like your soft lighting and the model's pose, but the bright pink background keeps distracting me away from her eyes and beautiful smile. I hope pink is not her favorite color or I'm in trouble  . I tried working with the background to neutralize it some (and a tighter crop) so full attention is paid to the model:

Of course pink could also have been a requirement of the session, putting me way off base. Your thoughts.
