Minolta 16mm Fish Eye and 20mm ƒ2.8

Good Evening,

are both lens -

Minolta 16mm Fish Eye

and

Minolta 20mm ƒ2.8

Are they both worth the money to be used or I am better off getting something else?
Thank you
Cheers

I have the Minolta 20mm f2.8.  For everyday, terrestrial type images, it is a wonderful lens.  Where it doesn't quite make it for me is night time astro images of stars.  I am seeing far more coma and astigmatism type distortion than I want to tolerate.  But then again, pin point stars do bring out the worst in a lens and expose its weaknesses.

For comparison, several other Minolta lenses that I have show no such distortion at all:  35-70mm f4, 100mm f2.8 macro, 50mm f2.8 macro and 70-210mm f4.  But other Minolta lens I have do show this distortion.

But I want to remind you again, that I only see this distortion with star images.  Nothing else.  But normal images just don't pick it up.  Landscapes with the 20mm f2.8 lens are excellent.  And it is a whole lot smaller to walk around with than some wide angle lenses!
